The One Legian, Bali Reviews
4 of us arrived and shared two rooms prior the earthquake, after the earthquake one of our party decided to fly home as she was very scared. So we could all be together The One up graded us to the family room. The staff have been wonderful and supportive, the room is great. Thankyou so much The One, you have made our stay here awesome. ***** we are mixed ages , 29, 35, 46, 52 and The One suited all our needs.
Location is obviously prime. If location is your main requirement, this is the place to go. However you can get nicer, bigger places for less money out of the city. Staff are extremely friendly and don't get me wrong it is a nice place.
A very nice hotel, well appointed and comfortable. It's in a good and busy neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Excellent pools. Great customer service.
Location on point, view from pool rocked it. Clean rooms and lovely outlook. Bar staff up near pool were our faves...genuinely personal and that's what we like. Buffet breaky wasn't too bad either.
the bad - Room is tiny, Money stolen from our safes several times amongst the 2 rooms we booked. Mould in the kettle. Reception at check in is painfully slow especially with no AC. the good - there was an issue with reception which charged us for an extra room which they did rectify with complimentary massages rather than refunding us which gained a star.
