This is probably the oldest neighborhood district of the state of Maryland. It was initially known as the place where most of the upper class, well to do and fashionable people resided. At present also it is very beautiful and is mostly occupied by major offices and professional people.

The main attraction here is the Washington Tower that has been named after George Washington. The lake here is filled with crystal clear water and the streets are also very clean and well maintained. This is definitely one of the best streets of America. Apart from this there are quite a few good restaurants and hotels in here for tourists.
