Nice atmosphere and the waiter was exceptionally nice. Now on to the food, it was average at best. I'm a Marylander and I know Seafood, and this is not the place to get Seafood. It wasn't bad but I know places that don't focus on seafood and their Seafood is better. The strawberry virgin daiquiri was outstanding as well as the strawberry lemonade daiquiri(not virgin) and it is extremely overpriced.
Servers are great but we waited quite a while for food. Not the best place to get seafood. I ordered the fried sampler platter. Didn't taste that great for the price. The fried prawns was the only portion I was satisfied with. The view from the outside seating area was the highlight.
Had lunch today. Crab cakes were outrageous. Huge chunks of crab. Husband had broiled seafood platter and he loved it and he's not a big seafood fan. Our waiter, Emanuel, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. He was great!!!
I haven't been to Phillips Seafood in 19 years. I went on the website and saw that Phillips Seafood had moved and expand at the Baltimore Harbor. Me and my fiance went to eat at Phillips, we had a pleasant experience. The food was wonderful and the service was great. For a tourist area I first was uncertain about going their to eat, but to my surprise I was not disappointed. We will be coming back.
One of the best sea food spots around. Tho I liked it better when it was a buffet. Now it's kinda pricy. Used to drive from pa just to eat here now it's not worth it. Still a good spot tho
