This is the tallest regular pentagon shaped building in the whole world. It is one of the most important landmarks of the city and is also a very well designed building. The architecture of this lovely building is itself very smart and complements its corporate purpose.
Baltimore is one of the 13 trade centers in the WTO group and is one more of what you see in the lovely New York City that was attacked by an enemy country. The deck on the 27th level of the Baltimore Trade Organization is given the name of the Top of the World Observation Level as it gives way to a perfect 360 degree view of the whole city.
As the name suggests, this is the main center that supervises the most vital business departments of the state including the Business Department, Economics Department and the Maryland Port Administration Department. The design of this water front building is such that from a few distant points it seems to jut out like a rocket from under the sea near Inner harbor. The lighting is remarkable in this building. There are xenon lights on all 5 corners of the building that lit it up at night time. During the day the strong mirrors placed on the main corners reflect the light of the sun to send rays all around making the building look like a well- cut solitaire.

Amazing view!!! It was the best $6 i spend to get quality time to view the city of Baltimore in its amazing ways. I wasn't expecting to see such beautiful scenery but i was very impressed by how well my experience was coming up here. I love this place simply by looking at it from the "Top of the World" perspective. I wish i could came back here again
Both beautiful and somber. A unique experience that we have in Baltimore that most cities. Worth a visit. You can learn a lot, see incredible views, and it's inexpensive and convenient to all of the other happenings downtown.
Beautiful views and a lot of history on 911 and Baltimore. Inexpensive. The fastest elevator I’ve ever been on in my life.
Very nice treat in the summer time. Best views and not crowded on weekdays. Did not receive a receipt. I thought that was strange. More diversity in the history at this site. I recommend it to all. My suggestion is to have the gift shop Lady issue quarters out for the telescope. We had change and dollars but the quarters were left in the car. We found free parking in Little Italy on the street side of the Star spangled Banner House. No 2 hour time limit there.) Good luck🎈
The security guard at the entrance, I can't remember his name but he was from Trinidad was awesome!!! He was welcoming and gave us some history about the building and told toto go to the 27th floor to see Baltimore. Up there we met Amy who gave us an in depth history lesson about Baltimore and all the wonderful things the city has to offer. Definitely not the dump Trump tried to describe it as. I recommend EVERYONE who visits Baltimore stop there 1st!
