  • Very comfortable and spacious room. Largest bed I've ever slept In! Like most of the other Canadian hotels we've stayed in, the shower flow control taps had its unique quirk. This one was either full on or full off! Great central location and helpful friendly staff. Would stay here again.

  • Hotel is almost in the center of the town. It is two minutes from shopping stores and restaurants. It is huge and the prices are relatively cheap regarding that your in a National Park Hotel. Good view from almost all rooms. Kind staff so the 5$ tip would be great.

  • The mountain were beautiful, the staff very friendly. Food was amazing and the rooms super clean. The pool and spa area I found to be extremely relaxing. I would definitely return!

  • The bed was one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel! It was like the ones in the commercial with the bowling pins and wine, the one that you can jump on one side and it doesn't affect the other side? Yeah it was one of those. It was perfect for my bad back. We were in room 262 although there was no air conditioning there was a ceiling fan and another fan in the little closet. The t.v. was okay but it was only basic cable that only had 30 channels. Our room had a stand up shower which I didn't use but my husband did. It was fine. I would have preferred a juccuzi tub, but we booked last minute so there were no choices. Overall it was a nice room, and the hotel staff were very nice.

  • The location was amazing, right in downtown. Parking was convenient, and the hotel had plenty of amenities. The rooms were just ok, ours had a weird bottom half window, without blackout curtains that looked right out on the alley. Clean at least.
