Devagiri Venkateswara Temple - Review
Located on a picturesque hillock called Devagiri in Banashankari, Bangalore, the Devagiri temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara (Lord Vishnu) and is a famous place to visit for Hindu devotees. The image of Lord Venkateshwara at Devagiri temple appears to be a replica of the idol at Tirumala (Andhra Pradesh). The presiding deity, Lord Venkateswara is accompanied by Lord Ganesh to his right and Goddess Padmavathi to his left. There are separate shrines for Navagrahas and Lord Hanuman in the temple complex. A visit to this temple will leave you with sublime and elevating spiritual experience.

Devagiri Venkateswara Temple, Bengaluru Reviews
Very nice temple, beautifully decorated idols. To reach Sanctum sanctorium you need to climb at least 50 steps. But the steps have small landings, so not much of stress. There are couple of mini halls to conduct and small functions. Ample parking for two and 4 wheelers. Can also park in side roads.
For Bangalore city standards, this temple is quite huge. There are lots of open and breathing space including car and 2 Wheeler parking. The temple is well built and maintained well. We will get a divine feeling when we enter the temple. Ideal place for meditation also. Come with entire family and get the blessings of Lord Venkateshwara.
Located in the middle of the city one can visit this Temple for nice Darshan of Lord sri venkateshwara. But during VAIKUNTA EKAADHASHI the Darshan will take much more time than in Tirumala that much devotees will come on that particular day.... Very very nice ancient Temple upgraded to modern one.
One of the best temples in Bangalore , consecrated around 1975-80. We were staying in bsk2 stage then and were involved in every pooja that led to the construction of this temple. The giant front tower came next. It is an iconic place for tourists visit in Bangalore now. Nicely administered too. There is a goshala having cows and a small calf. My grandson Aarya was thrilled to see the cows, but afraid to touch them.
Visited the temple on account of samuhika upanaya this monday. Had visited for first time, the temple is very peaceful with huge surrounding. But don't have other details.
