  • This place is beautiful, lovely ambience. Super helpful staff. Awesome decor, you can totally feel Xmas. Service is great. Quite a few options for dining/quick bites. Great place for meetings/corporate events too. Indoor and outdoor options available. Lovely lobby. Would highly recommend visiting it. Parking space available. Luxurious rooms and very clean bathrooms.

  • I've been here quite a number of times. But stayed here recently and really enjoyed the stay. The Indian Palace style of architecture is the highlight of the hotel. Everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel, be it the rooms, amenities, ambience, restaurants, staff, etc. The traffic outside can get bad sometimes but that is out of the hotel's control. Had breakfast and dinner at Citrus during our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of options. Service was excellent; polite and courteous staff. And for dinner, we chose the outdoor seating area at Citrus. The ambience was great but the food quality was a letdown, we should have chosen a different restaurant for dinner. The only reason for the 4 star review is because we found a mouse running around during dinner, something we did not expect to encounter at a Five Star hotel. But a wonderful experience overall. Would definitely visit again.

  • This place is really a PALACE ! The food and ambience is amazing. The zen restaurant inside serves authentic Chinese and South East Asian food. There is a smoking place outside the restaurant. They have a lunch and dinner buffet. It costs about 1800₹ + taxes. The spread is huge and you won’t be able to taste every item.

  • I visited the Leela for a company meeting. It is amazing! Bengaluru is a busy bustling city, but once you get inside the palace it's like you entered an new world, quiet and beautiful. The grounds are.lush and green. The meeting space is well appointed. Breakfast was served and was delicious. I would like to stay here as an overnight guests on my next visit.

  • There is a Palace, in the heart of the city, we could all experience the exquisite royalness. With the most spectacular and breathtaking views, the place offers great food especially Zen being my favourite! I have also personally done a lot of wedding production work at their ball room, and have to admit it's always a grandeur to celebrate here! The hospitality and perfection the hotel has established, is commendable. It's definitely my most favourite place in the city!
