  • A great place for mountain biking, its very peaceful. You could here sound from plenty of birds. The view from the top of the hill is good. You can either go by 1-2 km walk or by an off-road mountain cycling. There is a temple in the top. There are no public toilets or water facility inside the forest area or near the temple. Please carry enough water.

  • A very nice place. Refreshing and wonderful. You get to see less places like this in Bengaluru. Cycling here is fun. You can also get some good pictures if you are interested in photography. Best place to visit along with your friends. Even this place is good for jogging (But some may not like it).

  • Make sure you visit this place before 8.30 in the morning. When we went, it was around 9.30, and they wouldn't allow us in at first. We had to pay 50 rupees to get in, since they claimed that they close the gates at 10. The forest itself is very calm and quiet. It's a pretty walk amidst the concrete jungle surrounding the forest itself. The weather is also pleasant.

  • The place is very beautiful and one should definitely visit early morning,as this place gets too hot afta 11A.M. Went with couple of my friends and one of the localities stopped us stating its the closing hour and we reached at 11 in the morning. We got and understood that they wanted money and started saying its closing time and we don't allow as its open from 6a.m till 10a.m. Be carefully when you go to such place. There is no parking space you have to park at your own risk as its on the main road.

  • Reason I gave 5 stars is only because place is very nearby to Bangalore city , it is there in Bangalore itself. Only greenary is there . If you want to spend some time with nature within busy and dry streets of Bangalore must go there. Not much high mountains. Walk through the forest will be amazing experience. No entry fee to the place. In my personal experience a good place to breath fresh air in Bangalore away from busy life .
