I live our experience here. Heard Bout this place from a colleague and we decided to check it out, best decision ever. The price of drink and food is a little bit expensive if you compare to other places but it is worth it. The design and the location is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Though it took a little bit longer for them to serve your food but while enjoying the greenery and the fresh air, we weren't really mind it.
A very nice place with beautiful rooftop place you can go up and enjoy the view of the river and greenery there. The way in is a pretty interesting biking road you need to take in order to get there. You cannot drive a car there. They have rooms if you want to stay there and enjoy the place but the price is pretty steep $100/unit. The food is also a bit pricy also.
It was exactly how it looks like on pictures & videos! we were warmly welcomed by the staff with delicious colourful tea;) The room was really cute! just beware of the mosquitoes when you are chilling at the rooftop! recommended to at least put a night stay here if your budget permits!
While the staff was friendly and the rooms are very cool, some negatives affected the overall experience especially considering the price we were paying. The first negative: we had no WIFI in our room the entire stay. We asked them to fix it on the first day and it wasn’t fixed our entire 3-night stay. The router is located beneath the treehouse and no one even came to look at it. We mentioned this at checkout and asked for a discount. The woman at the front desk (who was very sweet) said she would call the manager. The manager told her to give us a 2 dollar discount. A 2 dollar discount. We paid $350 for 3 nights so that is laughable considering the price. The second negative: the day BEFORE our departure we asked for a taxi to be arranged to the airport for the following day. The next day at breakfast we asked to re-confirm the taxi was coming for us. The woman said “yes, I booked it for you.” About an hour later we come to check out and there is no taxi. They scramble to get us in a tiny speed boat to get across the river and into a taxi. We were now 20 minutes late for the airport and no compensation was offered! Pay for the taxi to the airport or comp our breakfast! It’s not much money and I would not be leaving this review if you had. We paid 4-star prices but did not receive a 4-star experience.
one of the most cozy places in bangkrachao... you can have food and drinks while resting from your bicycle ride... there's also a couple of hotel rooms but I've never been there... wish I will in the future... highly recommended place...
