Brown Sugar, Bangkok Reviews

  • This is an excellent jazz club in Bangkok. When I was there, they only played a little jazz music. But, they have a lot of really cool jazz posters on the wall. It's an excellent, fun environment. Oh, and even though there wasn't a jazz band when I was there, the band was top notch. They played slow songs from the 80's, and it was almost jazz-like. The food is great. The bar is a standard Thai expat bar, meaning no craft beer. Overall, I highly recommend it.

  • Nice place to hangout for great music. Good to be able to watch Attention Please band performing again. Would have been 5 stars if not for the f&b price which is slightly higher

  • Super cool, but expensive. Expect to pay about 360 baht for the cheapest drink. Maybe not feasible on a backpacker budget, but worth going to if you can splurge.

  • This place is great when there is music, the atmosphere is really relaxed. If you come here before the music is on I wouldn't bother. The price you pay for the drinks and food pay for the nice atmosphere.

  • Price of foods and drinks are quite high if you compare with the others restaurant in the same area, but if you compared the proce that you have to pay with the experience of Arts Addictives, music here is very as always like you buy a cheap ticket as a drink to listen amazing fushion jazz you may feel super value for what you had pay. If you travel as a group of friend or a couple, I do reccommend you to stop by here for a big big while. You will get another superb or grand romantic night in Bangkok. Enjoy your night!
