Klongsan Plaza, Bangkok Reviews
One of my favourite markets in Bangkok. It's got plenty of food, plenty of unique clothes I haven't seen other places, and it's got very few tourists coming here. Despite this, the locals here are still helpful to non Thai speaking people. My only gripe is motorbike parking costs 20 baht but I guess it's a fair price.
A treat to the eye....local food is easily accessible on the street food market...plus it's a big market for shopping as well
Wife and I went there to eat with Thai friends around lunch time. A bit crowded - table wait time under 10 minutes - with quick, rushing excitement to grab a table. Very long wait for food. The wait was due to waiter confusion, maybe a new guy. Overall it’s what’s expected in busy markets like this during the rush period. As an experiential traveller...it was fun. Food was pretty good and cheap. Tip: if you go at lunch time, be patient and act quick.
It's a small but very cheap market in Bangkok. It caters to locals mostly. It can be reached by boat and buses. It's complete with all the cheap finds on clothing, souvenirs, and food.
Lots of food stalls - quite cheap, Buo Loy Kai Kem(Thai dessert in coconut milk and salted egg) is recommended. Also the traditional Buo Loy Kai Wan is with sweeten egg. Their stall is before entering to second fashion street.
