  • Great place and price. Clean and awesome service. Staffs are very friendly. Nice breakfast. Massage places are in a walking distance of 5 mins or so. Hotel provide free rides to the main road. And from there, it is only 5 mins walk to Platinum Mall.

  • It is located very near platinum shopping mall which is one of the more popular shopping destination. However, it is very deep in one of the street alley and it is one way in. Often times, the taxi drivers do not really know of the place and instead you will have to stop outside on the main road and walk in yourself. This can get quite scary when it is at night as the alley is not exactly very well lit. The room is decently sized and it looks pretty modern. The furniture looks new and seems like those that you can get from ikea. The room also provide a very long table for you to place your stuff. In short it feels a lot like a school hostel room, rather than a hotel. Good enough to just spend the night to sleep in.

  • Terrible hotel. Absolutely it is not a 4 star hotel. Not safe area. Far from city center and all places. Staff are not helpful. Hotels laundry has destroyed all our clothes. They didnt take responsibility. Loss of time and money.

  • The hotel is new, spacious and generally clean. Reception staffs are friendly and patient to answer your questions. All the staffs are willingly to go extra mile when you need assistance. However, it requires 10 to 15 minutes walk to the shopping malls nearby and the streets leading to the hotel are a little dark at night. But there is a shuttle service (which is a tuktuk) out to the streets from the hotel, which is a bonus! There is a nice resting/gathering area for you and your family and/or friends at first floor (lobby) and second floor (beside the dining area). It has television, futsal table and pool table. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay in at an affordable rate!

  • We stayed only one night at this hotel after a two week trip throughout Thailand. This was the perfect choice for our last night before taking the plane back home. After a couple of weeks staying in more rustic hotels in the southern islands and in Chiang Mai, the kids loved this place. They loved its freshness, its design, the room that, although a bit small, was very comfortable. Everything was new, furnished with very good taste. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights and, although I personally prefer more street type food, my wife and kids liked it very much.Breakfast was also very good. Lots of choices, and a very nice setting. The staff was super nice. They kept our luggage all day before we left to our late night plane. During the day, we used the complimentary tuk-tuk that took us to the main road. Very convenient. In one word, we were delighted by this hotel. The only thing missing was the swimming pool, but the kids didn't even care, because they liked the hotel so much.
