Also spelled as Lumpini or Lumpinee, this beautiful park is sprawling over an area of 142 acres. Featuring an artificial lake, well-manicured lawns, and 2.5 kilometers of jogging path, Lumphini Park is one of the most popular places for recreational activities. The park is named after the birthplace of Lord Buddha in Nepal. The park is only 400 meters from the famous night market of Patpong. Open on all days of the week, Lumphini Park is rich with flora and fauna. While the park offers plenty of recreational and leisure activities like picnicking and boating, it is also a venue for various parties and ballroom dancing.
