  • Jesse and Victor are by far the best tailors for custom clothing in Bangkok. Their fabrics are great and their fitting skills are superb. I have made the mistake of purchasing clothing elsewhere and have never found any that fit as perfect as Rajawongse. I have at least 50 shirts made by them over the past 10 years and even with daily use, they are all in perfect condition. No fraying, no missing or cracked buttons etc. (shirts from the cheap tailors will fray after a few washes). I have many pairs of pants from them as well and they are all a perfect fit. (I once bought pants from a cheap tailor in Bangkok and the zipper is too short so it cannot be used for what it is intended for!). I have made 2 bespoke suits and I must say they are worth every penny. It takes a few fittings to get it perfect, but Jesse will make sure that the suit is a perfect fit. The best thing about Rajawongse is the service. They are always helpful to accommodate my schedule even if they need to rush orders to be ready faster for me. I recommend anyone visiting Bangkok to make some clothes here and you will not be disappointed. For new visitors to Bangkok, there are thousands of tailors trying to get you in to their stores, beware of any tailor who has people hired who stand outside trying to convince you to go into the shop. These shops are not looking for return customers. They will sell you inferior quility fabrics and the clothes will not fit properly. When you visit Rajawongse, tell them Mendy sent you!

  • I would also give a higher rating if I could. My boyfriend got a suit tailored there and it looks very good on him. Great service and atmosphere. They use high quality materials and workmanship. Of course the price is a little bit higher, but definitely worth it.

  • I was in Thailand for 2 weeks and had a suit tailored by Victor at Rajawongse. The whole experience was very relaxed and I had complete faith in them to get things right. They guided me from picking a cloth from their extensive selection to doing measurements, to arranging the required fitting sessions. I came back once for an initial fitting, and then once more for a final fitting where I picked up the suit. They responded to my emails quickly when I requested an alteration to my order. The suit fits perfectly and I could not be happier with the product. Victor was professional and very patient, his gentle and calm demeanor made the experience quite enjoyable. My only word of caution is the store is tight and can become cramped with the many customers, be prepared to wait.

  • The BEST tailors in Thailand, in fact they're so good I just flew here from Dubai to get a few more suits & shirts made! I have been using Jesse & Victor for many years, they produce high quality garments that last years & don't start falling apart after 6 months (which I have had with many other tailors). Their location is very accessible, tell your driver "Sukhumvit between Soi (street) 5 & 4)", or next to Landmark Hotel. Open 11am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

  • Came here due to all of the rave reviews, looking forward to getting some awesome tailored clothing, however, I experienced some horrible customer service. I arrived about an hour before closing, and after I greeted the doorman, I approached what I assumed was the owner sitting down. I simply stated that I was interested in having some shirts made. That’s all. One sentence, and he simply shook his head. I kind of blanked for a second, stood there, and repeated myself. Again, he simply shook his head, muttered no, and with that, I did a 180 and left. I’ve lived overseas and traveled extensively, and this remains one of my oddest and most jarring shopping experiences ever. I would highly recommend trying a different tailor that cares about customer service.
