The New Rot Fai Market Ratchada is like the hidden gem in Bangkok. It is a night-time market that offers everything from clothing and jewelry to the most exquisite food. Located centrally, it is highly popular as it is compact, but provides innumerous options. Shopping is fun, especially when you can bargain. The market is split into avenues and every avenue gives a unique vibe, a different experience. Antiques, second-hand toys, clothes, shoes, jewelry, handbags…the list goes on. But the main attraction of this market is the trendy bars, and the Thai and western pop tunes played for the public.

The New Rot Fai Market Ratchada, Bangkok Reviews
One of the best markets in Bangkok. Always lots of awesome food, a plethora of stalls to shop from, and a while back section devoted to bars and drinks. There is usually live music towards the front of the market where they have some semi-causal sit down restaurants/bars. The multi-colored tents offer a great view and photo-op from one of the many bars upper levels.
We were so lucky to come here. It is full of food stalls, bars and shops. It is more in the modern side of a market with still some traditional food being cooked. We ate in place where they cooked pork ribs and it was delicious. You can spend a good evening here. The market is 5 minutes walking from the metro station Thailand Cultural Center. The prices are very cheap, we paid 500bahts for two pork ribs, two beers and sweet corn.
There are so many night markets in Thailand. This is one of dozens. As its name, it only open at night starting 5PM to midnight. Located behind the mall (i dont know the name of it), and the place is really crowded. lots of stalls selling foods, drinks, souvenirs, clothes. but foods and drinks are the reason I visit. the price is cheap. Tried big bowl of noodles. The taste was good, the portion was big, you can share 2-3 persons.
Definitely one of more popular night markets. This night market consists of a big section of food & beverage stalls (about 5 rows), and another section of stalls selling merchandises such as clothing, bags, footwear, etc. And lastly no nightlife is complete without bars. There is quite a collection of bars here as well. Some offering huge TV screens showing live sports, a couple of bars are 2 storeys. The upper deck is open air and offers quite a view of the whole night market. Highly recommended to visit.
An absolute must-see. This market became my favorite spot in Bangkok. It is so alive, vibrant, and full of energy. It’s not just about shopping, there are three rows of amazing food to choose from, with friendly staff that are a delight to see. The shops are many and great, with a lot of Thai designers selling their products at very cheap prices. And at the end, there are the bars, that make the whole scene even more lively. Don’t go if it’s raining, and make sure you are ready to walk the whole market.
