It's quite nice. I got scammed with 'cheap river tour' talk from someone just a few minutes walk from this temple though. Be careful. They told me it would normally cost me 4.000baht for a private tour but it would only take me 1.600 with this tour (he said he's from Chian Mai and that there were only two days left of floating market). It turned out the tour sucked and the driver of the boat made me buy stuff from sellers on boats (the was no floating market, just small sellers every now and then)
A lesser visited but serene temple. Entrance is free and access easy, of course with the usual respectful dress and behavior. A glimmering prayer hall.
Entry is free. Peaceful environment. The premise demands few basic courtesy and dress code while entering the prayer halls. It is one of the beautiful temples in Bangkok and nearest one to the Khaosan Rd.
a quiet place to pray and meditate amidst the noise of Khao San Road. First timers to Thailand will also appreciate the architecture .
An ancient and busy temple. Has a peaceful atmosphere inside. Close to khaosan road
