  • So Much Fun !!!!!!!!!! In my 5 days in Barcelona this was far and away the best thing. The site is set on the hills with a beautiful view. The building is a contemporary structure mixing natural and modern materials. Then you go in and there is an amazing spiral ramp around the first demonstration of how seeds glide down from trees. Once you get to the bottom you enter the lowest floor of the museum with loads of information and practical experiments for children (and wanna-be children) showing so many basic to mid level scientific principles which we see all day everyday. There's hours of fun here. When I went there was an exhibit around robots with early sci-fi ones up to controllable robot arms and bomb disposal robots. We then went up to their planetarium for a film on dark matter.

  • Went here in the middle of the week. A lot of things to see, so the visit took me about 2 hours. It has an exhibition section, an experiments section, also animals of different types. It will be a great place for a family visit, as kids would definitely enjoy it. Also you can go here with friends or by yourself, as you can also find something enjoyable in this diversity of activities and examinations. I also has a gift shop for those who want to thanks a part of this experience with themselves or to know even more than shown. That’s excellent!

  • It is a good place for science. Kids love it for the interactive experiments they provide. A lot of walking thou. A lot of empty spaces. Guiding signs are bad ( in the whole of Barcelona it's the same).

  • Nothing spectacular. The robot exposition that was there when I went was underwhelming, some of the interactive displays didn't work and the decent exhibits require an extra ticket. However, the entrance ticket being only 4€, it's not bad. The highlight of the museum is a flooded forest environment which you can walk into and see various animals. Just this makes the visit worthwhile.

  • My two year old loved this!! As a LaCaixa banker I was able to enter for free which made it even sweeter. It's not the biggest museum. But there is quite a bit of hands on activities to do. I can see it growing with my son as he as able to experience and understand more. He loved the fish and the robots. it is also nice that he can run and be loud with out disturbing anyone.
