El Corte Ingles, Barcelona Reviews

  • It rates itself highly. Grand brands, vast choices and not inexpensive shopping. It has an air of grace and class which is inviting. Unfortunately it loses any of its promotional efforts in the attitude of the staff. Disinterested, apathetic and sometimes downright rude. They'll ignore you when you're actively trying to pay for items. The usual case of four people fussing over some minor task and nobody watching the shop. I've never been treated anything but with complete 'youll be lucky if I serve you're, but I persevere because it has such a broad range of products.

  • This place is outstanding! This is the tallest department store that I have ever visited /8 floors/. Very convenient location and communications. Offers excellent service and good quality of the goods. The restaurant on the top of the building has a magnificent view over the Catalunya square and has an international menu.

  • There is an excelent supermarket. Vegan stuff. Gourmet stuff. White brand products. Plenty of choices. The best supermarket !!

  • Great place for shopping in Barcelona. Easy to find your way between the 15 floors. Excellent service ,the shop assistants are really helpful, patient and genuinelly polite. Great variety of stuff, neat place , good prices. Watch out for the stands of "48 hour sale" , you get to buy expensive shoes in unbelievably low prices!! Top floor to rest ,sipping a cold capuccino and admiring the city view.

  • Very big store, trump would call it “YUGE!” a very worthy visit if you’re into the more premium brands. Although also a good selection of more affordable brands according to my wife.
