Hotel Arts Barcelona, Barcelona Reviews
Pleasant hotel. Busy and hectic during peak times. Rooms are clean and pretty and still kind of modern however phone in the room is too 80s for my liking. Attention to detail could be better, as I booked this trip for my boyfriends birthday and the brought us a cake with my name on it instead of his. For such a hotel I would have expected them to take us to the room to show us, also our room wasn’t ready for our arrival and we ended up upgrading ourselves to not have to wait. Other than that, it’s definitely nice to stay because it has a lovely view which ever side you’re on, good amenities in the room and good service apart from the things we encountered. At the time of our stay there was a taxi strike and the hotel was so helpful in assisting us.
We stayed here after a 7 day Disney Cruise throughout the Mediterranean. Disney usually is impeccable and has outstanding service, which they did on this trip too, but after getting to the Hotel Arts Barcelona, the service, amenities, everything was even better than we had on our Disney Cruise. We're staying in a 3BR Penthouse on the top floors of the hotel, and everyone, from the valet to the check-in assistants to the Penthouse Concierge have all made us feel like we're at home. They're more than willing to recommend places to eat, places to see, offer a car to use 5 hours of every day, plus, it's on the beach and has multiple pools. I strongly recommend anyone staying in Barcelona to stay here. It's the tallest building in all of Barcelona, and being on the top two floors, we have an incredible view.
Indeed luxury. The moment you walk in you're greeted with friendly and professional service, and cava! The location is great, right by the water, and walking distance to forgot district and other attractions. The rooms are excellent, which is what you'd expect. The views from the room to the water are breathtaking. The pools, including the infinity pool, are nice, but it may crowded at times. The pool bar is decent, with ok food and drink, and sightly pricey - once again expected. Oh and the hotel smells really nicely - not sure what they spray. In summary, it's a nice hotel and you get what you pay for.
A very beautiful hotel next to Barceloneta. The view is amazing and probably the best you can get while staying in Barcelona. Very stylish and with a nice breakfast. Pools and gyms are very good (the carpet in the gym is annoying though). We experienced a few flaws in service at our latest visit compared to earlier stays.
Great location by the beach and clubs. Amazing pool overlooking the beaches. Very crowded in summer and the rooms were lacking on the upkeep I would expect from a Ritz Carleton. (Shower door handles loose, no outlets near bed for phones,...)
