  • Fantastic dining experience! Forget the whiny negative reviews... Arrived slightly before their first dinner sitting at 8pm, they welcomed us without reservations, invites us to come in early to have a drink - as long as we would be done before the second sitting at 10pm. Waiter was super friendly and great with recommendations. Staff spoke English, and they did have an English menu (which was the same as the menu in Catalan, not a dumbed down menu at all). Place was also popular with locals. Food was the bar none the best meal I had in Barcelona! Tender pork cheeks and fresh scallops, shrimp/seafood paella with an explosion of flavour, refreshing potato salad with dairy foam and smoke salmon, perfectly seasoned shrimp croquettes. Great desserts made in house. This restaurant is a mandatory experience!

  • The waiter is very pushy and the whole experience was just destroyed by the initial stress he put on us. We asked for certain type of drink, instead of simply saying: No, we don't have the drink, sorry. He commented "oh that one is dirty. We don't serve it". That's just condescending and mean. And when we insisted that we really don't want any starters as it's a bit late and we are not so hungry. He pushed and pushed till we sweat and still said no. It's unbelievable how low his EQ is. The chef who served us food was sharp and nice. However, we won't be going back again nor recommend this place to others because it stresses people out.

  • This place has excellent food and friendly staff. Can highly recomend a visit!

  • I do not recommemd this place. The paella we ordered was very salty. Very thin layer of rice with two small shrimps. The man working here talking too much. You can find better place.

  • One of the best places I ever dined at in my entire life. I have traveled a lot, and I am picky; so check it out. Trust me. It is hard to get it. Call ahead and make a reservation.
