  • I stayed at this hotel in the last week of June. We arrived at this hotel after approximately 18 hours of travel and they said the rooms were not ready. We had a large group and we flew in around ten in the morning their time so I figured no biggie. We waited for two hours and then they tell us we have to wait until two o clock to check in. Needless to say two of our rooms were ready after two hours of waiting while the other two rooms had to wait until almost three in the afternoon. What was interesting was that while we were waiting other travelers coming in to the hotel were checking in with no hesitation. I hate to think that we were treated differently because of our darker skin tone but I couldn't help but notice that all other travelers checking in without any problems were of a lighter whiter skin tone. Once we were able to just move on from the fiasco I will say the rooms are very nice, and the bathroom. It was an overall pleasant stay.
