  • Very pretty plaza with water fountains, beautiful sculptures, and tons of pigeons. Make sure to bring some bird seed, or you can buy some here. Watch your stuff, make sure nothing is in your pockets. It's a good place for pick pockets. There are a lot of little shops nearby, and the market is close.

  • One of the best places to go to appreciate the glories of Barcelona. Lots of tourists but there are a lot of see in that area. The sight and the shops will easily take you half a day to take in.

  • The Central hub of Barcelona. Parking here is charged by the minute (see photo). There are a lot of street pigeons and street hawkers selling fake goods. This area is rife for pickpockets and handbag snatchers. Having said that it is surrounded by impressive buildings and is one end of La Rambla. Open top tour buses leave from here as well as buses to the airport.

  • Perfect place to sit and people watch as well as watch the fountains! There are two which a huge!! At night there is a nice display of lights which isn’t hugely special but definitely worth seeing once as it is very pretty!
