The building of the zoological museum was built for the world fair in the city in 1888. The building was to be demolished after the event which fortunately wasn’t. In 1930 the building became home to the zoological museum. The museum features skeletons on animals including the skeleton of a whale. There are also live birds and animals at the museum. The Zoological Museum has a lot in store and truly deserves a visit when in the city.
