By Air: The Basel airport is actually built on French soil and is the only tri-national airport of the world. Flights to Basel fly in from all over the world, making the airport well connected by air. The trip into Basel is possible via a customs-free road.
By Train: If you’re arriving at Basel by train, the city has two main stations, north and south of the town centre. Trains to Basel leave from Geneva, Zurich and Bern every half hour. If you’re coming from across the border, there are trains available from Berlin, Frankfurt, Paris things to do destinations, Luxembourg, Brussels, Milan and night trains from Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Prague.
