  • •Good service. •Kind and warm hosts. •Place is really clean and well kept. •Breakfast is delish!

  • Nice people and a good breakfast menu. The headboards of the beds were loose.

  • Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless, not far to walk into town, breakfast is great 👍😊

  • Nice place

  • Stayed here for 6 nights in early Sept. 2008. We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness throughout. Ideal location for exploring Bath - only 10 - 15 mins walk into town, although a bit tiring uphill coming back for us oldies ! Sometimes we used our free bus passes coming back. Wide choice of breakfast and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly return.
