Fancy some swimming with the dolphins or enjoying a brilliant performance by these wonderful creatures? Head to the Dolphinarium for the ultimate dolphin entertainment.

Opening its doors in 1975, Dolphinarium has been drawing Batumi visitors for spectacular entertainment. Essentially an educational program, shows here are held throughout the year, irrespective of what weather prevails. Accommodating 700 spectators, this attraction offers shows in three languages - English, Russian and Georgian. A single show goes on for roughly 20-30 minutes which is great entertainment for all ages alike.

You can even try your hand at being a dolphin trainer for a bit! If you don’t want to get drenched in the water splashed by the playful dolphins during the show, we suggest skiing first three rows. Additionally, if you are keen on swimming with the dolphins, you can do so on Sundays at 2 pm or sometimes even after the show. The kids especially will have great time here. Don’t forget to capture that dolphin planting a peck on you!

  • Loved it! even though i made it half way through the show, it was quite an exciting and enjoyable experience! the dolphins were amazing and performed beautifully! It was fun-filled, a family place and tickets are reasonably priced! A must visit place! Tip* don't sit in the front row if you don't wish to get splashed :D

  • It's an awesome place to visit... It shows the bond between human and nature. The way dolphins enjoy teaches us lesson to smile always. The announcement made both in local language and English. Instructors are fit and dive along with dolphins seems nice. Songs they play is nice and dolphins dance.

  • A wonderful place to entertain. Calm, quiet and appropriate place for dolphins. When I have a baby I will definitely be here. There is also an unusual aquarium where you can find a lot of special kind of fishes. It's true I don't love aquariums and zoos but it still beautiful

  • "Go out", it is how we were welcomed by the lady selling the tickets. Instead of telling us that the tickets were sold out for tonight she kicked us out in a very rude manner. We didn't get the chance to see the show,so unfortunately I can't share my feedback. Yet, if you want to have a respectful discussion avoid this lady, and address the other employee since she was clear and respectful.

  • Very nice show. More than 30 minutes best entertainment. In my opinion, also animal-friendly. It seemed to me that the dolphins had as much fun as their coaches. Recommended!
