  • What a fantastic idea! The Open Air Museum is a great addition to the Ghost Town right next door. Very instagramable and we even got some good video. Watch out for all the little nails all over the place near the visitors center. There used to be 100's of old buildings all over the place and the nails would have to be over 100 years old. Not good to get a flat tyre out in the middle of nowhere. Otherwise great place. We spent over an hour taking photographs and enjoying the art installation. Have fun!

  • It was closed and the road was unkept and it gave my a flat tire. Because of the tiny unkept road to this place I was stuck in the middle of no where with a flat tire. Better not test your luck and park on the main road.

  • This is a stop to make on your way to visit the Rhyolite Ghost town. Very interesting outdoor art to say the least. The Last Supper is haunting in its appearance especially in the late day light. Add this to your Death Valley experience.

  • Really cool spot...esp if you know the history &/or also check out Rhyolite. We spent a couple hours walking around enjoying the ghost town, museum & cemetary.

  • A lot of variety of art, mainly sculptures. It is definitely a really cool place to stop and the guy that runs it is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the more hands on, you're allowed and encouraged to touch it. It is also right next to the Ryholite ghost town which has a fascinating history itself. Be prepared to spend an hour or two here, it's worth it. No cell service but there is a small town close by called Beatty if you need gas or anything.
