Beaver Tourism

Touted as a stand-alone city and also the county seat of Beaver County, Beaver is located in southwest Utah. Founded in 1856, the population of the place was 3112 as of the 2010 census. The town of Beaver lies inside a broad valley, gently below the Tushar Mountains, thereby offering diverse recreational opportunities. The place offers a gorgeous landscape, miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, rivers and streams, breathtaking scenic drives, and haunted ghost towns. Beaver is located along Interstate 15 and covers a total area of 6.5 square miles. The area experiences a cool, semi-arid climate characterised by hot days and chilly nights and cold winters with moderate snowfall.
