Admiral Cove Park in Nova Scotia gives really nice views of the Bedford Basin. There is the big Rock covered in graffiti that you can stand on to get a better view since mostly trees block the view. It's pretty easy to find, and you would most definitely like to explore more of the trails during your visit. It's a wonderful place with the surreal weather to go by. This is a very special place if you are a nature lover.

Admiral Cove Park Reviews & Ratings

  • Great place to take in the Bedford Basin and get a few quick climbs in!

  • Nice short walk by the trail and some relaxing after.

  • Very pretty but poorly marked

  • Beautiful place. And very nice for a picnic with the kids :)

  • I wouldn't recommend visiting this park. I went for a walk with my dog and found 3 TICKS on my body/in my hair within the next few hours (and I was wearing long-sleeves and a hat!). Thank god they had not entered my skin yet. Only once we got out of the trail did we see the tick warning on a sign that we didn't pass on the way into the trail. Later we did research to find there have been a dozen cases of Lyme Disease in the area! It's not worth the risk considering the many beautiful trails all over Nova Scotia. Skip! Check out other trails in NS, like Herrings Cove, Frog Pond, Taylor's Head, just to name a few!
