What used to be three run down warehouses were converted into the city’s most popular hangout in 2000. The docks bring together food, performance art, fashion and events over 32 thousand square meters. Over six thousand people visit the place every day. There are six restaurants, a tavern, exhibitions on the ports history and urban archaeology, and an art house movie theatre. Most nights, there are concerts or some other live music. The area looks over nice panoramas of the river. Close to the river, a boardwalk runs for half a kilometre, and on it, you may catch a performance of the Carimbo folk dance. It’s a great place to go for a date.

Estacao Das Docas Reviews & Ratings
A very touristy area but good to sit and watch the activity on the Amazon River. Lots of restaurant, ice cream parlors and also toilets. The referbished port warehouse with container gantries along the babks of the Amazon is very photogenic.
Actually quite nice and well maintained. Clean and various quality restaurants bars and icecream counters. It is still missing the wow effect though, who has travelled around will have seen similar things in other cities. The moving music plateau above the terraces is surprising.
Cool place to view the Amazon...Shops and all kinds of restaurants are here. Great spot to spend some time..
Great place but Amazon Brewery should be open during the day!
The place is very attractive. Especially in the evening, you will enjoy a good selection of cultural attractions, beginning with the MPB music... There is a moving stage that moves along the whole gastronomy lounge, which makes this an original live-music spectacles on a daily basis. The menus are a bit pricey, but are a good representative sample of Brazilian food (not necessarily Amazonian dishes). Its a nice place to enjoy the late afternoon or evening.
