  • Very good library. Good range of books. Kids absolutely love it!

  • This is a beautiful historic building with a fine library. I use it mostly for it music lending library which is extensive. Nice coffee shop too.

  • I have come here many times to study however Saturday was the first time that I took a tour of the building. Really interesting, great history and very knowledgeable library staff. Was great to see it so busy in a time when libraries have been closing, so get along and support it! They are hoping to extend within the next few years in order to open up the vast array of archived newspapers and over-sized books that aren't on show at the moment. Will be a great draw for Belfast and should bring people in from far and wide who want to research or are just curious about their local history.

  • Librarians themselves too loud, please take your conversations outside, or whisper, just as the visitors would be expected to do.

  • Looks nice from the outside but I've never been inside since it seems to be always closed. Please thing about your opening hours.
