What a lovely place. Busy always something going on cycling, Skateboarding and if you wait you'll see a lovely dog skateboarding as well. Start at the searcher and explore the beautiful story of The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe. If You call into Jacks cafe for a coffee you can pick up a map that will give you a hint of a wonderful story wrote by are very own author C S Lewis. This is a magical place to let your imagination run wild. A must for a visit in East Belfast.
Great to have such a fantastic place for the community to avail of, and another attraction for tourists to visit. A diverse range of events and entertainment always ongoing. Not forgetting of course the "Jack" cafe with very welcoming staff and tempting treats.
Cool park with interesting sculptures. You can use the Belfast bike scheme to get here as there is a station right beside it. Very close to the East Belfast arts centre for a cup of coffee or just across the road from Connswater shopping centre for food and other shops.
I hope this place sparks the imagination of a new generation of young people in Northern Ireland, and encourages old alike to revisit the stories and academic contributions of CS Lewis. Be sure not to miss the cafe and the muriel, which preserves and celebrates the best of East Belfast.
A must-see in Belfast! Especially for literary fans of C.S. Lewis but also for anyone interested in taking in the city's culture and scenery through walking tours. The welcome centre will make you feel very welcome with their friendly staff and strong cups of coffee. I highly recommend this attraction.
