Foods lovely! Coffee is great! Staff are super helpful and pleasant and the setting is beautiful. My only suggestion would be to serve the tea in different pots or get them professionally cleaned as the taste is somewhat...steely or coppery for want of a better word.
Was just attending a wedding reception and this venue is fantastic. Ambience created by owner lady was impeccable, service 2nd to none, brother at the bar great. Highly recommended on all fronts. Chef's food was simply delicious.
Food was delicious, worth the wait but the service could have been better. Just slow, maybe just very busy!! I really enjoyed our visit and will call again but when I order a refill of coffee, I don't expect to be nearly finished my breakfast before it arrives. I really don't mean this to sound mean because the food, decor and sound track were lovely. I just want to give an honest review. If you are in a hurry, this may not be the place to eat! But you want a really delicious breakfast, in a beautiful building, get in chill out and enjoy the experience. Go for it. Thanks
Having just ate there, were we ordered pancakes and a fry we were asked how everything was, my partner said it was just okay and the fry felt like it had been cooked in advance and just kept warm a short time before being served. The owner then went on to ask her if she was from the south because people in the south prefer lots of butter in there fry while here we like to cook ours healthy. Regardless of the xenophobic remark she just made, we were simply just answering a question and while the place was nice and breakfast adequate I strongly think she should take a look how she deals with customer feedback and constructive criticism. Not that I'm sure they care but definitely won't be back again. And it's a shame 1 star is the lowest rating that can be given.
Such a lovely quaint cafe. The food was lovely, I had a breakfast omelette and it was delicious. Also tea is served in a good sized teapot which I always like as allows me to top up my tea. Will be back for sure.
