The relaxing ambience of the Ginger Bistro is complimented by its awesome interior decors with local artwork offering modern Anglo-European fare and the special pre-theatre menu. Opened back in 2000, the restaurant offers quality food in a relaxed and friendly environment. The bistro has a capacity of 70 seats and the efficient team puts the best effort to make your experience worthwhile. With this, it has been able to build up a significant customer base. Tomato Soup, Ginger’s Fried Squid, Ham Hock Terrine, and Oriental Duck are the best starter option that will trigger your excitement to move on to the next courses. Fabulous puddings after the main course (with Chicken breast, Hake Fillet, Braised Pork and so on) will leave you contemplating the taste for long.

  • Highly recommended! Service was sharp, beer was great, the food was incredible! Would not hesitate in going back.

  • Had a really enjoyable evening there a few nights ago. Fantastic food and a great wine selection to go with the menu. The staff couldn't have been better, and as someone who gets to eat out a lot this is a great wee place altogether and would have no problem recommending it . A real credit to the staff /mangers and owners. 5*

  • Favourite restaurant in Belfast hands down. Interesting menu with plenty of fish and vegetarian options. Service always fantastic and great lively atmosphere.

  • Great food, excellent staff. They catered for my mother-in-law's needs perfectly. They deserve to do well.

  • Lovely place. Very popular tonight (Friday). The margarita was a bit small but the fish pie with greens was absolutely delicious. Biscuits and chutney for cheese gorgeous. Four cheeses nice enough. Port perfect. Really enjoyed my meal.
