Enoteca Principessa Reviews & Ratings
Lovely place. Maurizio explained quite a bit of the wines for us. Decent collection of wines, local and ones from other more classic regions. Ended up getting 5 bottles
Very good quality wines. Very nice and helpful staff. I was first discouraged by the idea of a wine coming from "wine tasting machine" but the quality of the wines spoke for itself.
Cute little shop where you can taste a variety of wines. No seating but you can stand and taste all the wines for seemingly as long as you want! Super friendly staff happy to talk through all the wines with you. We bought 5 bottle in the end to take back to the UK. Shipping and online ordering is available for a reasonable price.
Maurizio described every wine and its region for us before we took a tour with a chip-card a couple of proper glasses. What a great experience. He has a great way of explaining the wine and sharing his passion for discovering wine that one likes. Which we did. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Italian wine or even if you already know what you like.
Usually 4 Euro per glass for the wine we tasted but he didn't charge us for the tasting when we bought a bottle, which was cheaper than usual market price. He also has balsamico and limoncello, also cheaper than normal.
