It is a beautiful, family friendly big park which has huge playgrounds, baseball field and basketball courts. It would be great idea to organize birthday party in the open fields as the children can have lots of fun under the sky. What more do you want if there is a snack vendor too on special occasions? You can ask your friends to come for a soccer game at the park. You will lots of benches around to sit once you have exercised or jogged around. The Bowl is a nice grassy area in the park for people to lie down and chill. You will see a lot of fountains around and it gives a pleasant feeling sitting by the side and letting some water droplets tickle you. For any party or a game, you can bank upon this park.

John D Morgan Park Reviews & Ratings
Nice park with water feature. Wish there was a little more shade over the play structure as it was mostly too hot to use but over all a nice park in a tucked away spot good for young toddlers and older kids.
John D. Morgan Park is a good place for children. They got picnic tables, restrooms, drinking fountains playground for children, its a big park and clean. It is very busy during holidays or weekends and at times it's hard to find a place to park. Other than that I would totally recommend it and its dog friendly at certain areas.
The park is huge. Lots of trees, grass, well maintained. I like to use the benches to when im stretching out. There is enough shade even in the peak summer. Only downside, the men's restroom is never really clean
The best park in west san jose. They have an awesome wooden castle playground and tons of open space, grass and trees. Lots of picnic tables on the far end
Everyyear since 2000 we have had family reunions here and they have never let us down they have a water park in the summer which is amazing for the children and adults
