Aqualandia - Review
If the beaches around Benidorm are too peaceful for your afternoons, head to the Aqualandia- a vibrant water park that has around 20 adrenaline pumping rides.
The rides stay true to their names- the “Big bang” (the most popular ride for thrill seekers), the “Vertigo” ( a 33- metre high ride that drops with a speed of 100 kilometres per hour!), the “Black Hole”, the “Zig Zag” (loved for its spiralling slides that wind around the best view around the park) and the refreshing “Splash” ride. All the rides take your adrenaline to a whole new level!
The “rapids” are fun for trying with friends and family and if you want to take a break from it all, relax at the Lagoon or the sunbathing area. The place also has a kiddies section where your tiny tot can let loose and have some fun too!
The park has a surreal, true-life sized natural area complete with a waterfall surrounded by beautiful mountains and lush greenery that is ideal for a lazy swim. The best part abut the park? All of its water is sourced directly from the gorgeous Mediterranean sea. The restaurant is perfect to end the day with a hearty meal while the on-ground shops are where you can buy souvenirs before you leave.

Aqualandia, Benidorm Reviews
The good thing is to go out of season when there's no kids. Lovely and quiet. Slide as much as you want. Food and drinks above reasonably priced. Captive audience. Watch out though. 5 euros for a sun lounger.
Great water park. Clean and tidy. Lots of areas to sit, relax and picnic. The water park has lots of different areas and slides so means that you don't have to queue too long for most things max 10 mins. Food and drink reasonably priced. Lockers to hire to keep valuables safe. You can also hire sunbeds 5 euros for the day and also your own inflatable ring 5 euros. This enables you to bypass the queue for the rapids and use in the lazy river, we didn't bother as you didn't have to wait long at all. All in all a great day out, we were there all day and all of us really enjoyed it.
Fantastic fun. A great day out. Really worth the money. We usually stay there from 10-6 , which works out to less than €5 per hour. Take a picnic as the food there is pricey. There are loads of picnic tables. Good idea to be there at 10 when they open to enjoy the park with less people. The lines are never very long though, only ever 5 mins or less to wait. I would definitely recommend it for any age group. The grounds are beautiful and spotlessly clean as well. An oasis of green.
Great place. The only let down really was not the parks fault. My brother in law seemed to think my 5 year old would be able to get on all the slides. He could only get on around 3 of them. He's 115 tall and most slides require a minimum of 125cm tall. There is a few good kids areas but if your going for the slides and your kids shorter than 125 you have no chance. The staff are very good at spotting shorter people. Great place though. Loved the wrist band for payments. Plenty to do. Easily spend all day there. The lockers were a little expensive. Apart from that. Great day out.
I've seen previous reviews stating the park could be a little cleaner. This is an understatement. The park is filthy, obviously not cleaned regularly. Do not go to this park unless you want to be greeted face first with bloodied tampons, That had obviously been there a while left to fester in the damp heat of the showers. They also charge you for absolutely everything... I feel like I paid to get a sti, Thankfully all clear! but this park needs a major review of its cleanliness and hygiene.
