  • Staff is rather unfriendly. We waited 15min at the reception till someone took notice. Rooms are bot the most cleanest but it's bearable, definitely looks nicer on images. Hotel is badly soundproof and you hear everything through the walls.

  • The reception staff were really nice and the stay was really good for us. The room was underground so there was no window. Room was a bit darker even with the lights on. The bar/restaurant is small and just beside the reception. Location is very well as well. Metro is just a minute walk away. Many restaurants/bars around the area. 8/10, would stay again.

  • Reasonably priced hotel with a very spacious room including en suite with walk-in shower, couch, large double bed, desk and modest balcony. Friendly staff on the front desk and all amenities you'd expect at this tier. Well located for transport with a couple of metro stations nearby. No complementary tea, coffee or water in the room and the TV remote was missing batteries but really I'm looking for faults here as the place is nice and represents good value for money.

  • The hotel is not mind-blowing from the outside, but as soon as you enter the lobby, you see a beautiful place, that is furnished in a modern black. The breakfast, you get, is brilliant! You've got so much to choose from. There's scrambled eggs and bacon, crossiants, buns with several spreads, different kinds of cereal and of course some coffee and juices. Once you held the "key" near the scanner at your door, a big, modern room with an antique mirror in front of your cozy bed and a bathroom with a sink that is so thin, that while washing your hands the water splashes all over the vanity comes into sight. But what made me withdraw the last star was that the wifi is the worst I've ever used. It's just awful!!! Even the internet at at faraway village in the black forest is way better.

  • A very modern looking hotel with a nice room layout perfect for business stay. Great bathroom with a large shower you could stand in all day. Only criticism is that I was given two single sheets on a Double bed which made things a little awkward when trying to tuck myself into bed. However staff were always very nice, breakfast was of a good standard to start a day in Berlin.
