This church originally was constructed in the 12th century and last restored in the 16th century. It is located in the mouth of a very nice square which is in the heart of the Central Biarritz Harbor. This is one of those buildings that belong to the boom period of the port.
As you reach the church you will find it a bit dingy but as you enter everything around changes magically. The beautiful statues, stained glass work and stone designs all look fabulous. It is a perfect unification of the old era culture and some modernized thinking.
