  • What a beautiful campsite. We stayed at group sites 2 and 3. Group site 1 is secluded from the others. Jody was an amazing host and provided great service and information. The weather at night was really cold🥶 Warmed up during the early morning and afternoon hours

  • Our site was about halfway up the hill, past the big field. Found a decent flat spot despite the fact that the entire campground was on a hill. Sadly, both bathrooms (8 private toilets) did not have running water in the sink, not awful but inconvenient. No dish washing station, also inconvenient. Campground is pretty much just off route 1, you can hear trucks moving around 6 am. Firewood was available. Not the best, not the worst campsite I've stayed at.

  • Place was really nice. Some noisy neighbors in camp site next to mine. Not terrible but talking loud and quite late. Would have been nice if the host did a round at 10pm and asked people to be considerate. Bathrooms were clean, place was green. Seriously, the poison oak in the bushes on the beach trails is fierce. Long pants and do not touch.

  • Great covered campsite for family and friends. - Water available - Super clean washrooms - No mosquitos - Were able to get a walk in site if you reach there by 11 am - Can see pacific sunset from site's entrance - Opposite to sand dollar beach

  • Beautiful forest service park. Well space sites. Lots of open area. Access to small trails and beach right across the street. Several sites are large enough and level enough for a big rig. Our 37ft class a fit in 16 but the car did not. Even towed cars are $10 a night extra. Senior pass discount apply. The park is kept very neat and landscaped. The camp host is active, informed, and helpful. 4 stars because all the bathroom sinks are disabled and the leash regulations are not enforced. Most dogs were roaming free around the park.
