Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre, Biggera Waters Reviews
It was a nice place but certainly not the bargain place I thought it would be. Many shops are just that shops not discount places like I was lead to believe. We signed up for the "visitor shopping discount" but hardly any places took the card. Wasn't too impressed with food options either especially for kids. The crepe place and Spanish places were nice with very good customer service. The map supplied is useless doesn't really help getting around to see where shops are sorry but having to keep looking up A5 or G3, just put the names on the map. Overall the shops were clean and tidy and staff were more than helpful but think more incentives are needed to lure us back.
This has been our local shopping centre for over a decade now and we love it. A lot of choice and always a great atmosphere. New shops opening all the time and they are currently undergoing a renovation of the food court/restaurant area near the cinemas. Can't wait to see the new reveal. They also extended the centre last year and it is great. attracts a lot of people on the weekend, so parking can be tricky.
So many amazing outlet shops of nearly every brand you can imagine. Fully wheelchair accessible too which is a must for my family. Majority of staff that we dealt with were amazingly helpful and very polite. Definitely a must to visit when you're in the area.
It is great shopping centre with factory outlets of all the major brands that operate in Australia. The place is quite popular among tourists as well. Sometimes if you are lucky you get offer like more than 60%off and buy one get one free. It has plenty of parking space, a lot of dinning options and a huge range of brands to choose from. Someone visting Gold Coast must visit this place.
They have a great selection of shops and restaurants. There’s something for everybody. The cinema is also great. Parking can be a bit difficult with the construction going on at the moment though
