  • Casino was pretty good. They had an excellent selection of table games. The selection of slots was average. They really treat Emerald members extra nice, with nice perks like a dedicated check in desk, an Emerald Lounge with drinks and food in the evenings The place pops on the weekend. Great crowd. Definitely recommend as a casino to visit. I would rate the hotel room as average with a boring drab paint job.

  • We drove up to the hotel it looked amazing. Went inside. The help desk staff were very pleasant. Got our keys and went upstairs. The experience changed as soon as we got off the elevators. It smelled... bad. Got to the room and it was nasty. Old urine running down the toilet . door lock hanging on by Hope's and dreams. We went downstairs to have a little fun. Walked into the casino sat down at the slot machines. "Sir would you like a drink" yes ma'am. I got myself a drink . She told me it was complementary for being there guest and playing with them that night. Cool , well after she came back (it took so long I forgot that I ordered anything) I told her thanks and took my drink. She stood there like waiting for a tip. So when I didnt give her one she scoffed and rolled her eyes and walked away. The next day we never got our room clean or fresh towels. We had to call for them. I got tire of being carded everywhere I went Just because I am not old and grey Doesn't make me a child. Then made feel too weird.over all... not bad, the overpriced buffet was delicious though too.

  • Came for an overnight stay to see High Valley perform. Pros - Expansive parking garage with easy access to casino. - Convenient location within a short driving distance of shops and restaurants. Close to both the 10 and 90. - Friendly staff. - Nice, clean and spacious room with a nice view of the water. - Studio A was a intimate and cozy theatre that probably gave every seat a good view. Cons - Very busy on the weekends as well as more expensive. *Didn't use the pool, casino, salon/spa services or restaurants so I can't comment.

  • The pool was nice and large and the hot tub had a good view, but the hours aren't long. They had lots of yummy dining options but they're a bit over priced. The complimentary valet was very nice. The rooms are nothing special, maybe a bit dated even. But well maintained. The hotel is in a great location. Cloae to the beach, and downtown. We had a room with a view of the bay which was very nice. No laundry room. 1 computer

  • My Husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there. The pool is amazing. So are the drinks from the poolside bars drinks. BUSHWHACKERS..EXCELLENT. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Restaurant 32 in there is very fine dining. WE had a very nice time. Created great memories.
