First built in 1907, they call this the church of the fishermen, for that was the time when Biloxi was widely famous as the seafood capital of the world. It’s iconic waterfront structure, immediately striking, is actually not the first version. Hurricane Camille destroyed the facility in 1969. Undaunted, they rebuilt the church, and this time, added intricate panels of stained glass – the Twelve Apostles all returning home after a solid day of fishing. Further mechanical improvements were made - break-away protective windows (for protection against future storms) and 15 feet of stained glass that can be safely and quickly hoisted up.

St. Michael's Catholic Church Reviews & Ratings
I enjoyed visiting and was impressed with the modern, circular architecture. The priest's homily was very down to earth and relatable. This seems like a great parish to be a member at.
Beautiful inside!!!! The lady in the front office was so sweet.
Fr. Greg is a very friendly and pastoral person. He is well loved throughout the diocese and beyond. The parishioners are all so very friendly, kind, and truly a pleasure to be with.
Just moved so we decided to try this church out, it is our new church! Father Gragg is amazing and truly knows how to reach and relate to the members. Members have stopped us to say hi and introduce themselves, very friendly church!
Beautiful building and friendly congregation
