The Cutler Botanic Garden is a botanical garden spread across 3.5 acres of land and is open every day during summers and lets people enter without any charge. It was established by Miss Frances Cutler, who donated the land to Cornell University Cooperative Extension. The place is a centre for teaching about horticulture and environmental issues. The garden encourages people to appreciate the environment and helps in teaching people to value the natural resources through wonderful activities. The main aim is to teach the participants to grow plants with minimal negative effect on the environment.
