Binghamton Zoo At Ross Park Reviews & Ratings

  • We love the zoo! We hadn't been in a few years and I am glad we revisited. Both my toddler and teenager had a great time! We will make sure to visit more than once a year to support our local zoo and have a great time!

  • It's a small community zoo. Some of the animals looked a little sad but there is only so much space and funding. The staff were all very friendly. In all a pretty good place to visit for a quick family outing

  • Extremely clean and well kept. The animals seemed relaxed and happy, and the staff was friendly and smart. The snack stand was also very clean and reasonably priced, not what I'd expect from a zoo at all. Well done to everyone there. Also, it may go without saying, but the animals are amazing to witness. Highly recommend.

  • Very clean zoo. Friendly staff. Great walk in the woods. Wonderful place to bring family. Cute souvenir shop inside. Prices are reasonable. Loved the carousel. Children are encouraged to find litter (trash) on the ground, in turn for a free ride on carousel. Great way to teach children to appreciate the earth and be rewarded with 7 minutes of fun.

  • Staff was friendly and animals were beautiful. Park was fairly well-maintained. I wish there had been more variety of animals; I would almost prefer to call it a "preserve" than a Zoo, but then again I don't know the technical difference. Overall, we enjoyed our time with the family. A quick visit.
