How to Reach Bintan Island


By Air: Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport has few flights to Bintan Island from Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Jambi and the remote Natuna Islands. There are no international flights available directly to Pulau Bintan.

By Boat: This is probably the best way to get in Pulau Bintan. There are number of ferry services available from neighbouring Pulau Batam which or Singapore to Bintan which has several international flights. There are regular ferries available from Malaysia, Dumai, Sumatra, Pekanbaru, Tanjung Balai, Tanjung Batu, Singkep Island, Natuna Island and several other parts of Indonesia.
