Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre Reviews & Ratings
Nice new decorations. Breakfast is good. Room rate is reasonable. Room is big. However, the double bed is only a standard size, a bit small. The location can be noisy at night. The shower is not very powerful, suggest you to switch no both the shower head and the rain shower at the same time.
Nice hotel and clean. Breakfast is good. But car parking is bad. The location and condition of the car parking is not good. Worse, even you pay for a full day, still there is extra charges for each time you want to go out of the parking and come back, means your car needs to be stuck inside! So what’s the point of having a private car and paying full day/package!!!
Excellent facilities. Lovely clean room. Very nice food and attentive staff. Highly recommended 👌🏻
Staff on reception really welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for breakfast couldn't fault it, large choice and the lady on duty on the 20th was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.
This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located very close to New Street station and close to Chinatown. I was worried that it would be noisy but I asked for a quiet room and was given one at the back of the hotel, overlooking the station, and it was very quiet. The staff are lovely - very friendly at reception and in the restaurant. I was given a room on 7th floor which was huge with an enormous bed. Some floors appear to have been refurbished but I don't think mine had, although it was fine. Unfortunately I didn't sleep too well while I was there - a problem I often have when I'm on my travels - but the room was comfortable. If I'm staying in Birmingham again I'll certainly use this hotel again.
