Opened in 1989, Rommel-Museum exists in the rooms of the Villa Lindenhof in Herrlingen. The museum is dedicated to Erwin Rommel - a German general field marshal in the era of national socialism. The exhibits in the museum include maps, pictures, and written documents by Erwin Rommel that give you an idea about the kind of life lead by him. WHile the brave soldier served his country, his family lived in the villa which now houses the museum. There are no regular opening hours and tour of the museum is available only upon request.
