  • This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had! Upon arrival, I had to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged to Check in. We were informed of all these places that were open (we specifically asked due to the Thanksgiving holiday), and not a single place was open!!! Upon walking finding everything closed we went into the bar, and waited for 20 minutes without EVER BEING SERVED, acknowledged, or anything! We stood up and walked out and walked right past the main attendant who didn’t speak or acknowledge us! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! We have had better stays at Hilton, Hampton Inn, etc and they were all cheaper, more hospitable, and accommodating! This was the worst trip ever... and it was our Special annual date out. We won’t make the mistake of giving our business to Hyatt ever again! This hotel is a joke and should be ashamed at the poor quality of service they offer!

  • This is the best hotel in Bloomington. I don't see why anyone wouldn't make this their first choice. The downtown location is just steps from The Tap, a fine local microbrewery. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It is one of the only Hyatt properties that remembers to offer my World of Hyatt perks. The hotel is new, clean, and dog friendly. The bed is comfy and there are tons of channels on the big screen tv. The shower has a clear door and the toilet flushes. There is a couch. Weekend parking is also a great deal; it's free downtown. So don't bother paying the hotel unless it's snowing. Bloomington is also a nice place to visit. They have a college. And college students. And a brewery or two or three or five. They have donuts. Square donuts. It was a pleasurable visit.

  • Amazing property spanking new & luxurious appointed. With the exception of Daniel (wait-staff) and the young AA man at the front desk (forgot name)on Monday 11/ 06/17 morning, the rest of the staff was snooty & borderline rude. The lady at the front desk literally hanged the phone on me midway thru our conversation, on the evening of our checking-in i.e.Saturday 11/05/2017.

  • The rooms were well kept and clean. This was my second time here at this hotel, and the service provided still impresses me. Rooms were large and very nice. The free breakfast is another great benefit of staying here.

  • Excellent staff service and cleanliness. A+ Complementary breakfast buffet and excellent cocktail and coffee bar. Amenities where top notch including internet access menu gym and pool.
