  • The rooms were well kept and clean. This was my second time here at this hotel, and the service provided still impresses me. Rooms were large and very nice. The free breakfast is another great benefit of staying here.

  • Excellent staff service and cleanliness. A+ Complementary breakfast buffet and excellent cocktail and coffee bar. Amenities where top notch including internet access menu gym and pool.

  • Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Very clean and tidy.

  • We visit our son at IU a couple times a year. The Hyatt Place is a great location, where you can walk to most everything. Close to town, places to eat and bars. Has a parking garage, as well as an overflow lot. Comfortable rooms/mini suites. Brand new building, and the staff is so nice and helpful!

  • It's fine, but may not be for your family. Beds are comfy and rooms were clean. Limited TV channels and no Disney or Dis Jr, so those with young ones may want to bring other entertainment. Also the TVs have auto-dimmimg set, which turns the brightness way down after you tube your channel. I called front desk and engineering played/(was dumb) to this. I entered the hidden commercial menu to see it was on, but couldn't disable. Very low class move by hotels these days. Shower was nice and no tub (which may affect family travelers). Breakfast was free, but nothing worth promoting. Eggs and sausage were sub-par. Waffle was good and there was lots of fruit. I heard the hard boiled eggs tasted like they had vinegar in them. There's a small pool and no hot tub. In summary, it's perfectly fine for business travelers, but I say skip for everyone else.
