  • Run the Pate Hollow trail frequently. A great place for a hilly, quiet run.

  • The bathrooms are disgusting... !! The beach is tiny and rocky ..wear your shoes. Nice picnic area and lake is huge..

  • Cost 9$ for a car but u can hike in 1 mile for free. Husband and i did just a quarter mile and had to turn around. So many trees down on the path and some of path had been washed away. Pretty sad its not being maintained.

  • NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Went here to see how our dog would do in the water. The sign leading to the beach says "All pets must be on a leash." Don't be fooled. As soon as they see your dog they will either ask you to leave or send you on a ~10 minute walk to the muddy areas of water that are conveniently not visible to the other beachgoers. What's worse is the people at the entrance saw our dog when we came in and didn't give us a heads up about any of the restricted areas for pets.

  • Very freindly
